How Fast will we pack and send your order?
We are super quick at fulfilling your order. We will process your order around the clock to get it out as fast as possible. We have often been known to get your parcel out the door within 10 minutes! We really aim to please. Try us out.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 1-3 business days Australia wide (just depending upon our delivery suppliers). We will send you tracking details and update you along the way.
How we send our parcels:
Orders are sent Australia Post, Sendle, DHL or Fastway. Deliveries are sent using an Authority To Leave Without Signature service. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. We recommend providing an address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted, but a residential address is fine. We can also accept P. O. Box locations.
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 1-3 business days Australia wide.
Personalised Tracking
You will receive a personalised tracking code for each of your orders so you can see exactly where your parcel is.
